In both 2023 and 2024, Rhea Lana’s ranked #1 in the Retail category with FBR. This year, we also placed #1 in Mid-Size Units & #9 Overall!
FBR is a market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, and provides the only rankings and awards for franchise companies based solely on franchisee satisfaction and performance. Rhea Lana’s is among hundreds of franchise brands, representing over 35,000 franchise owners, that participate in the research. Franchise owners are surveyed on their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.
We work hard corporately to serve our franchise owners well, so it thrills us to perform so highly each year!
