You may have seen a few new faces on our social media over the past few months. We’re excited to share highlights from our very first Summer Internship Program! It has been an incredible experience for our team and the four amazing women who joined us! It’s been a rewarding journey, and we couldn’t be prouder of the interns’ contributions!
Marketing Team member, Hailey, supervised the internship program and did a phenomenal job leading. On their first morning, she bought them all their favorite drink of choice and had gift bags for each. She took time to help them learn about Rhea Lana’s, including our values and mission statement and asked them what they wanted to gain from this internship.
A special shoutout to Nakeia, one of our talented interns, who filmed a short video capturing a day in the life of our internship program. For the past three months, our Interns have helped with everything from Conference prep to our Flagship event and everything in between. As the summer came to a close, this time they returned the gesture and blessed Hailey with a goodbye gift. They all formed such a sweet (and sometimes funny and sarcastic) bond with each other and it’s been a joy to watch in the office!
The summer has flown by, and we hope they’ll miss us as much as we’re going to miss them. Two of them are finishing college, and the other two have just graduated, and are adventuring into the full-time corporate world! At Rhea Lana’s, we love a good excuse for lunch, so we had one last goodbye meal and a cookie cake together!
