Congratulations to our 2022 Franchise Owner of the Year!
Our Annual Franchise Owners Conference is always such a wonderful time spent both learning and laughing together! At the Awards Banquet we highlight many owner achievements, and end the evening honoring the newest Franchise of the Year!
Our franchise owners are resilient, hardworking business owners who have continued serving the families in their communities while weathering current affairs. Women in business often begin their own business to be their own boss, pursue their passion, or make extra money for their families. For Rhea Lana’s owners their “why” often evolves throughout their journey. Today, we’re going to hear about this year’s Franchise Owner of the Year and her journey as a business-owner.
WINNER! Natalie Nolen – Rhea Lana’s of Midland-Odessa
NATALIE’S WHY
“When I first started, I thought It would be a fun opportunity to shop and clothe my 6 children in boutique clothing because I had expensive taste on a shoestring budget. I had the hope of making enough money to help pay for kids activities and hopefully take our family on a vacation!
My ‘why’ now, is what keeps me going – To provide financially for our family and continue to create more opportunities we wouldn’t have otherwise, to bring women together and create meaningful community and growing personally in my business goals and as a leader! How it has impacted our children – My children have grown up with the sale and have had the opportunity to have ownership in it. They have been able to experience first-hand hard work, struggles, and obstacles, as well as success in seeing the fruits of our labor. Rhea Lana’s is an intricate part of our family life.”
Congratulations, Natalie! If you know someone in the area, send them to Rhea Lana’s of Midland-Odessa, Texas!
