Easy and Nutritious Back to School Breakfast Ideas

Kids are back to school. Alarms are set, backpacks are ready, and lunches are made. The only thing left is breakfast. What to make that’s easy AND nutritious?

Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. It fuels our kids and helps them focus on their studies and not on their tummies. While we homeschool and don’t necessarily have to be out the door first thing in the morning, it’s still important to me to make sure our boys are getting a good breakfast. I’ve seen firsthand with them how much of a difference it makes. Plus, it could easily be our favorite meal of the day.

Breakfast doesn’t have to be difficult. In fact, sometimes it can even be made ahead of time so it can be made quickly on a weekday. It can even be a grab ‘n’ go kind of meal. And eggs aren’t all that hard to whip up in a jiffy.
