Rhea Lana's Blog !

Are you excited to welcome the first day of fall on Monday, September 23?  Oh, you’re in the Midwest too…where it still feels like July!  While our above average temperatures don’t reflect fall weather, here in the Midwest, it can’t stop me from dreaming about hoodies, campfires and pumpkin spice everything!!

While we may have to wait on fall temperatures to arrive, we don’t have to wait for Black Friday to score unbelievable bargains!

Please help us welcome and congratulate our new Midwest franchise owners!

September 22-26: Visit Rhea Lana’s of the Legends. Sandy, Jenn, and Jessica are thrilled to take over the reins to serve families in the Leavenworth/Platte City area.

Co-owner Jessica Schultz says she first experienced Rhea Lana’s for herself when she and her sister saw a roadside sign. After googling Rhea Lana, she knew it would have everything she needed. She has shopped RL for all three of her girls’clothing since they were born.

Jessica decided she wanted to help other moms find high quality items on a budget and building a strong mom community in her area. So she decided to bring Rhea Lana’s to the families in The Legends.  This fun mom/daughter team loves affordable fashion and connecting with other moms!

September 29-October 5: Visit Rhea Lana’s of SiouxlandKaty is thrilled about connecting with moms and families in the Siouxland area. Katy found out about Rhea Lana’s when she began researching affordable options for clothing her own kids. When she discovered Rhea Lana’s and the mission the company has to serve families, she knew she wanted to bring something this special to her own community.

October 20-26: Visit Rhea Lana’s of The North ShoreDiana is excited to serve moms and families in The North Shore area of Illinois.  Diana stumbled on Rhea Lana’s when she became a grandmother and wanted to help clothe her grandkids.  She participated with the original Chicago event and fell in love with the model. She started her Rhea Lana journey as the owner of The Lake & Cook Region of Illinois.  She quickly expanded to open a second event in The North Shore area of Illinois.  She would love to meet you and get to know you at her event.

You might have recently shopped at our brand new Rhea Lana’s of North Columbus event owned by Julie Baxendell. Julie discovered Rhea Lana’s at a neighboring event in Ohio and wanted to offer this special mom marketplace for the families where she lives.

Our event formerly known as Rhea Lana’s of Olathe is now under new ownership and boasts a brand new name, Rhea Lana’s of South Johnson County, KS.  This event wrapped up in early September.  New co-owners Amber Bartel, Edwina Littlejohn and Julie Woods all own other Rhea Lana franchises independently, and now love serving families together in South Johnson County.

Amber, co-owner of Rhea Lana’s of South Johnson County says she was hooked the first time she went a sister RL sale. She decided then to own a RL sale so that she could offer the foster families in her area a place to shop for free, one of Rhea Lana’s foundations. Amber says the foster shopping day encompasses everything that the amazing RL company stands for: generosity of consignors who donate, the loving home of the families raising these precious children, and the gift of hope that every family needs.

If you are ready for cooler temperatures and making money on the items your kids have outgrown, come help us celebrate these new owners kicking off events in the Midwest soon!  In return, you can earn money from the items your kids have outgrown, purchase quality items on a budget and be a part of a strong community of moms helping moms!
