Congrats and Welcome, New Rhea Lana's Franchise Owners!

We are proud that Rhea Lana's continues to win the award of being a "Top Culture" company from Franchise Business Review. Among many of the awards we win, this is one that especially means a lot because it is based on our franchise owner's surveys.
As franchisors, we aim to walk out our values in serving franchisees with honesty, integrity, and excellence.

We love opening new franchises and reaching more families across the United States with sustainable and affordable shopping!

Let us introduce you to our newest Rhea Lana's franchise owners and more RL opportunities to work, consign and shop...

We are so excited to launch 3 new franchise locations in Texas! (And a couple more coming soon!)

New Location! Rhea Lana's of Denton, Texas

Meet Ashley, the owner of Rhea Lana's of Denton, Texas. She and her husband, Cameron, have four children, Colin (12), Jacob (9), Evan (8) and Paisley (5). When they aren't running from football to cheerleading or basketball to band, they enjoy family movie and game nights at home. Ashley says, "Rhea Lana's allows me to do it all - be there for every game, enjoy evenings with my family and work to provide for them. I'm grateful to be doing something that lets me 'have it all'.

We asked her how she heard about Rhea Lana's and why she chose to buy a franchise. She tells us, "I consigned at a Rhea Lana's about 45 minutes from where I live. The last time I consigned I was on the website and saw the link for franchise opportunities and thought, 'I'll send an email and see what it's all about...' Almost immediately I knew this is what I wanted to do. My last child was going into kindergarten and I had always planned on going back to work when that time came - but I wanted it to be special. I wanted it to be fulfilling. I wanted it to be beneficial not only to my family, but the community. I'm very involved in my area, but I wanted to do even more. With Rhea Lana's, I could help my family financially and serve my community. My youngest spent time in foster care before she was adopted, so the Rhea Lana's foster family shopping day really resonated with me, and I want to spread that help around even further. Since reaching out on a whim that day, everything has fallen into place and feels like it was 'meant to be'."

When asked about her favorite part (so far) about being an RL owner and what she's looking forward to she says, "My favorite thing about Rhea Lana's so far is the group of ladies that I have met and leaned on since starting. Everyone wants you to succeed. Everyone goes above and beyond with information and support. Everyone is cheering and praying for you. It's amazing to have that foundation to build upon."

She will launch her first event December 4-9! Check it out on Facebook - Rhea Lana's of Denton

New Location! Rhea Lana's of East El Paso, Texas

Meet Monika, the owner of Rhea Lana's of East El Paso, Texas. She is a proud "El Pasoan" who grew up between Juarex, Mexico and El Paso, Texas. She and her husband, David, has been married since 2010. They love to shop, travel, and cook. They love a good 'carnita asada' with the family! They have two wonderful kids (5 and 3) plus dogs and even a turtle. She and her husband are bilingual and welcome both English and Spanish-Speaking customers to contact them.

We asked Monika how she heard about Rhea Lana's and why she chose to buy a franchise. She tells us, "Life took us to a beautiful southern town named El Dorado, Arkansas when I was pregnant with my first child. One day, driving around town, we saw several signs about an event called 'Rhea Lana's'. It was something for children, so my husband and I decided to go check it out. Everything changed for us after that moment. We loved the whole experience. My husband and I started working the events to get the chance to shop earlier. I became a consignor after a co-worker told me she made over $600 in sales per event. Our decision to buy a franchise comes from the great experience we had as customers. The events we attended had an unbelievable amount of choices and great quality clothing, toys, books, etc. The owner of the franchise and the team were always super friendly and made the events fun to attend. We finally decided to go into Rhea Lana's life thinking that having a business is good, but helping the community is even better! We want to give the opportunity to local families to save money buying with RL, make money by consigning with us, and help the people in need by donating unsold items to foster families and non-profit organizations. And, why not help the planet by reusing, and reducing our footprint."

When asked about her favorite part (so far) about being an RL owner and what she's looking forward to she says, "We are looking forward at the opportunity to meet new people and to have many successful and fun events."

She will launch her first event in the Spring of 2023! Check It Out on Facebook - Rhea Lana's of East El Paso

New Location! Rhea Lana's of West El Paso, Texas

Meet Luisa & Lucia, the new owners of Rhea Lana's of West El Paso, Texas.

Luisa and Lucia are twin sisters that have pretty much been around each other since in-utero.  Growing up, they were often mistaken for each other, even extended family members couldn’t tell them apart.  In high school, they were also in all the same clubs and organizations and they both pursued careers in the health field, Luisa is a Registered Nurse with a focus on women’s health and Lucia a pediatric physical therapist.

Family is very important to both twin sisters and that is why they decided to stay in their hometown, El Paso, TX to have the cousins grow near each other and their maternal grandparents.  Luisa is married to her husband Dom and they have three sweet little girls, Charlotte (8), Ireland (6) and a recent addition Quinn, who will be celebrating her 1st birthday in January. Lucia, married her high school crush, David, and have their three wonderful children, Hanalei (10), David Abram (8) and Samuel Samson (4).

Both Luisa and Lucia feel blessed to be able to open one of two franchises in El Paso.   Children’s consignment is a new concept to the El Paso community, and they are excited to help families by providing an event to purchase good quality clothing at a fraction of the price.  Assisting families with saving money from the clothing budget, will allow those families to spend that money on experiences and create new family memories.

The twin sisters are excited to embark on this new adventure and look forward to creating more friendships and memories that are to come from the Rhea Lana family.  Both Luisa and Lucia agree that training in Conway was a phenomenal week.  They enjoyed meeting Rhea Lana herself, their mentors in person, their fellow Rhea Lana new owners and all the wonderful individuals that work at Rhea Lana.

    Rhea Lana's of Cumming, Georgia

Meet Megan, the new owner of Rhea Lana's of Cumming, Georgia. She's lived in metro Atlanta for nearly 20 years, and she and her husband have a 10-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old son. They spend their time at the baseball/softball fields, attending Girl Scout events, and love exploring the outdoors.

We asked how she heard about Rhea Lana's and why she chose to buy a franchise. She tells us, "I found Rhea Lana's as a consignor and was blown away by my experience. While looking for other local RL events to participate in, the availability of the Cumming franchise literally jumped out at me. Our children attend school within minutes of Cumming, and many of our school friends live there. My husband and I bantered back and forth about the idea of owning our own Rhea Lana's franchise. Before I knew it, I was heading to corporate training in July! That just sealed the deal - the people were beyond friendly, and the flagship event in Conway (AR) is literally breathtaking!! My husband was an Event Planner before transitioning to a home builder, and I am a Creative Director within the gifting industry (creating seasonal gift bags, gift wrap, and other paper products for mass retail stores) so we are both really excited to use our business acumen to grow Rhea Lana's of Cumming to its full potential.

When asked about her favorite part (so far) about being an RL owner and what she's looking forward to she says, "My favorite thing about Rhea Lana's so far has been the community. It really is 'moms helping moms' on so many levels! i am looking forward to my first event as an owner this fall. I am excited about connecting more with the RL of Cumming community and the ability to give back during the foster family shopping and donation process."

She is launching her first event NOW ~ November 12-17! Check it out on Facebook - Rhea Lana's of Cumming

Rhea Lana's of Midtown Tulsa, Oklahoma

Meet Samantha, the new owner of  Rhea Lana's of Midtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is originally from southern Arkansas and is about to be celebrating 10 years of marriage with her husband, who grew up in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. They have two children, a 6-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter.

We asked Samantha how she heard about Rhea Lana's and why she chose to buy a franchise. She tells us, "I have worked for 4 different RL franchises throughout my 7 years of being apart of this amazing organization. I started working the sale when I was pregnant so that I could shop early and get some extra things for my son. I met the Broken Arrow owner and she loved showing me everything from tag pulling to cashier and all the merchandising tips/tricks, and I eventually became part of her leadership team. About 4 years ago we had a couple new franchises start in our area and decided to help them grow and start from the beginning. The relationships that I have made with other owners, consignors and shoppers is one of my most cherished reasons that I love this company. You can all be in different seasons of life and support one another through this amazing company. One of the owners that I grew close to had always known that it was a passion of mine to eventually own my own franchise. She specifically wanted to do whatever she could to make that dream come true for our family.

When asked about her favorite part (so far) about being an RL owner and what she's looking forward to she says, " I love the heart behind the company and being able to serve the community in a fun/unique way. My favorite part of being a RL owner is the support from fellow owners around the nation and from our community. I am looking forward to our event and showing Tulsa how much Rhea Lana’s supports their family."

She recently wrapped her first event this fall! Check it out on Facebook - Rhea Lana's of Midtown Tulsa

Rhea Lana's of North Colorado Springs, Colorado

Meet Holli, the new owner of Rhea Lana's of North Colorado Springs. She's lived in southern Colorado since she was a child. She and her husband of 14 years have four awesome kids. She says they are not as outdoorsy as most Coloradans tend to be, but they do love the glorious mountain views and all of the friends they have made the over the years.

We asked Holli how she heard about Rhea Lana's and why she chose to buy a franchise. She tells us, "In 2017 I came across Rhea Lana's randomly by driving by an event and seeing a sign. I decided to pull in and see what it was about. It was the previous owner's very first sale, and I never missed an event after that. When I heard that our Colorado Springs franchise was for sale, it wasn't a hard decision to make. I had always been a fan of the sale, and knew moms like me needed this. The idea that it could disappear was not an option. I knew I had to keep the Rhea Lana's name going for our community.

When asked about her favorite part (so far) about being an RL owner and what she's looking forward to she says, "My favorite thing about being an owner would have to be meeting more of my local community and being able to share the excitement of our events. What am I most looking forward to? I guess what every owner hopes for... a flawless sale lol!"

She will launch her first event December 4-10! Check it out on Facebook - Rhea Lana's of North Colorado Springs.
